A New Gateway to Catastrophic Bond Investing

Investment Strategy

The Brookmont Catastrophic Bond ETF ticker ILS (ILS, Insurance Linked Securities) is the first-ever catastrophe bond ETF.

ILS provides exposure to catastrophe bonds – financial instruments that more effectively price and transfer natural disaster risk from insurers to capital markets – in a transparent, exchange-traded vehicle. We believe this pioneering ETF offers the potential for attractive yields with low correlation to traditional markets, creating a portfolio diversification tool.

Pure Catastrophe Bond Exposure with Daily Liquidity

Unlike other insurance-linked securities that mix various types of risk, ILS focuses primarily on natural disaster bonds while offering daily trading flexibility on the NYSE—eliminating the rigid redemption schedules of traditional Cat bond funds and other less-liquid Cat bond access vehicles like hedge funds or direct investment.

Non-Correlated, High-Yield Returns

Cat bonds have historically boasted competitive yields exceeding many other floating-rate high-yield corporate bonds. Their performance is driven by randomly occurring natural events rather than correlated economic conditions, as demonstrated by their positive returns during the 2008 financial crisis while other asset classes declined. Global Diversification Across Natural Perils

The ETF invests across multiple catastrophe risks worldwide (hurricanes, typhoons, earthquakes, wildfires) with active management that balances exposure across different perils and regions, minimizing the impact of any single disaster on the fund’s overall performance

Now Accessible to All Investors

Managed by industry leaders Brookmont Capital and King Ridge Capital Advisors, the ETF brings sophisticated expertise to a growing $50+ billion market previously difficult for individual investors to access.
