Brookmont Celebrates Key ILS Milestones Following Switch to TXSE

On September 18, we made the exciting decision to move the Brookmont Catastrophic Bond ETF (ILS) to the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) as its primary listing venue. The decision was made in part due to TXSE's ability to retain lead market makers for ETFs.

On the heels of hitting over $150M AUM by the end of October, we’re also thrilled to share that global trading firm GTS will serve as the lead market maker for the fund on TXSE. GTS combines trusted brand recognition with cutting-edge technology, making them an ideal partner to help usher ILS into its next phase of growth. Despite the ETF consistently getting good execution, we believe this new GTS relationship will help get even better execution as trades continue to grow in size.

Having ILS hit the $150M mark is a testament to not only the product’s performance, but it’s also a testament to a maturing market that we deeply believe in, catastrophe bonds.

We’ve spent a lot of time talking about how the cat bond market is a new frontier for investing. In fact, the first quarter of 2026 was the market’s biggest ever to-date. And this was following a year of notable growth. By the end of 2025, new cat bond and insurance-linked security issuance achieved a one-year all-time high just shy of $25B. There are more deals, deals of larger sizes, more big-name institutional and government support, as well as more perils and geographies that reinsurers are looking to cover with cat bonds. What we have seen with ILS has been a reflection of this underlying theme - there is an appetite for cat bonds, and it’s not waning.

Big things are happening at Brookmont, and be sure to check out our blog to get the latest insights happening in the cat bond space.
